After contacting the JLC service Center online requesting it examine my Reverso, the package arrived today to send the watch to the service center. It will be posted today.

I have been happy with these richemont service packets
Iwc,vc,jlc all use same. Makes it easy to send watch. Can easily use website to get packet. Swatch on the other hand no good to get omega service. I called the boutique, they told me to call service center directly. Service center said yes send in to here...
Good to know
My wife and I have “His and Her’s” Reversos that need servicing, so hopefully this procedure is the same in US.
