Parmigiani really showing their muscle here. Well done!

It does look really good on the wrist

I wonder if they have version in that collection where the hands do not have holes!

Hehehe!

Haven't ever had the chance to handle PF but this looks incredible. Great photos, as always.

+1

I really want to see a PF in metal, I start to like the Tondas more and more

Absolutely, I fully agree.

In fact, I came very, very close to buying this watch last year. My name was already in for the Minute Rattrapante, but as the wait dragged on and on, and my dealer received this one... I almost changed. Very glad I waited for the one I really wanted, but...

amazing watch

but too expensive.

Amazing, yes. And although it’s also out of my price range, I wouldn’t say it’s too expensive.

You definitely get your money’s worth with PF. With many other brands in the same price range you get far less craftsmanship and artistry IMO.

Agreed!

More than AP?

 By: amanico : April 2nd, 2024-18:02

good point.

 By: Peter : April 2nd, 2024-20:14
if i could choose, i'd take the openwork jumbo, second choice the openwork 41mm AP and then the parmigiani. number 1 is uncontested for me, number two is more based on appearance than substance, i must admit.

Goo points, too...

 By: amanico : April 2nd, 2024-21:02

Me too!

 By: amanico : April 2nd, 2024-21:02

it is quite nice

 By: penfriend : April 2nd, 2024-19:23
however, compared to my latest addition (unveiled secret) it cannot compete with that open dial and with that price tag... ...

Hehehe!!!

Fantastic watch!

Next to the Minute Rattrapante my favorite PF.

I am not sure which one I would prefer when comparing it to the GP Laureato Skeleton. So I have to see it in the flesh.

A very good looking PF 👌🏻

A very elegant watch but...

 By: wychiu : April 3rd, 2024-14:15
I have found the dial a tad compacted that you might have limited visual enjoyment of the balance wheel and the escapement which is the soul of a openwork. I would pick RO over PF in this regard even though RO design is also like a jigsaw puzzle. I am mor...

My pleasure my friend.

 By: wychiu : April 3rd, 2024-22:45
Would I pick the GP's squelette or the 2023 unveiled secret from Montblanc ? Tough question...need to see them in the fresh.

Absolutely.

You should, my friend.

 By: amanico : April 4th, 2024-09:16

I certainly will keep you posted

I had the opportunity to see this watch last year at W&W and haven’t been able to stop thinking about it since. PF is making some awesome watches these days.
