I think there are around 21 changes with a few guess.

1)       Name: PuristSPro All-Black Rescue.

2)       Limited edition: 178 pieces

3)       Case: "PuristSPro" etched into left side of case instead of “Disinfectable”.

4)       Case: Change in orientation for the “Pulsations” numberings from horizontal to vertical.

5)       Case: Change to the “Respirations” makers, the “dash” symbol changed to right side.

6)       Caseback: Engraved limited edition serial number.

7)       Crown: All PVD instead of white background for the St. Gallen cross.

8)       Strap: Additional PuristSPro red silicone strap.

9)       Buckle: "Disinfectable" wording replaced with "PuristSPro".

10)   Dial: "St Gallen" removed.

11)   Dial: "Automatic 10ATM/330ft" removed

12)   Dial: "Rescue" removed and replaced with "PuristSPro".

13)   Dial: 24 hours number markers removed.

14)   Dial: Change of color from red to black for the "5 Respirations" and "15 Pulsations" wordings.

15)   Dial: Change of color for the minutes markers at 9 to 11 o’clock from yellow to green.

16)   Date Window: White frame around the window removed.

17)   Second hand: One of hands completely red instead of just the arrow tip.

18)   Hour and Minute hand: Stainless steel instead of painted white.

19)   Hour hand: Longer hour hand

20)   Minute hand: Longer minutes hand

21)   Movement: PuristSPro engraved on rotor.
