For a woman, wearing a men's watch is something we are used to seeing.
Except if your wife has a large wrist (I would say over 17cm), I would recommand 37mm.
I tried it with my 16cm and it felt great.
However, it depends of what she is used to wearing. If she wears Paneraies, then 39 could maybe be a better choice.
If not, then 37 is good imho.

It all depends on the size of the wrist.
If your wife's wrist is around 15 cm, then 37 mm case will be good. If 16 cma, you can try a 39 mm. Ask her to wear one of your watches, pretext a wrist shot, and you will see. Best, Nicolas

it's +/- 15 cm. Apart from that maybe a 37 mm would be better anyhow. Otherwise the temptation of wearing it myself will be way to big....
