Nubuck/Suede alligator straps?

Anyone have one? Kind of the ones on the new PF models? Who even makes them? Can’t seem to find them at the usual suspects.

A question for any of our Danish purists….

I am from NY but my half sister who is Danish lives in Copenhagen with my niece and nephew. I would like to purchase a Cartier for my niece and an Omega for my nephew as they are both completing graduate school. They are coming to NY to visit this summer.
