Veronica Bulgari & Bulgari ambassador Adrien Brody at post-Sandy holiday celebration
This past Friday December 20th, Oscar winner and Queens native Adrien Brody and Veronica Bulgari joined more than 100 local children at the Action Center’s holiday celebration in Far Rockaway, Queens presented by Bulgari and Save the Children. Event activities included an art therapy class, reading to young children and a rehearsal of "Dr. Seuss’ How the Grinch Stole Christmas" with teenage drama students.
Bulgari has raised more than $25 million to support Save the Children's programs over the past 4 years. In 2013, The Action Center was one of the facilities that Save the Children supported after the Far Rockaway community was devastated by Hurricane Sandy.
